Requirement for Panther Rugby Academy Camp

• All players and coaches must submit COVID Screening form not more that 4 hours before arrival: https://forms.gle/DUxbgS8CHd4uC3hJ9
• All players Must wear a face mask during check in.
• Coaches & volunteers will need to wear a face mask or shield at all times.
• Everyone is required to bring your own water bottle with your name on it.  Please bring a supply of water for the day.
• If you are feeling sick, please stay home.
• All players are required to wear a mouth guard.
• No spectators are allowed in the camp area.
• All players, coaches and volunteers are required to get their temperature checked before entering the camp area.
